You can make an account inquiry at any time by ringing 122 or visiting any of SamoaTel outlets. However any inquiry requiring a search (computer-based or otherwise) for billing records or invoices will be charged. Where can I pay my telephone bill?
Telephone bills may be paid at the SamoaTel Main Office in Maluafou or at the Chief Post Office in Matafele, or any of the district Post offices in Savaii: Asau, Salelologa, Tuasivi, Fagamalo, or Salailua. Please retain your receipt. I bought a mobile phone overseas. Can I get it hooked up with GoMobile?
Most phones purchased overseas can be used on the GoMobile network. We can hook up any phone that is compatible on the GSM 900 network. If you're not sure whether your phone is compatible, come and see one of our helpful customer service assistants at any of our GoMobile stores.
